Bulgarian Development Agency is proud to announce the official launch of TEC ++ US 2.0. The project builds on the previous TEC ++ US with new materials on the European Pictographic Language for Children. The mobile application received one of the highest marks from the Portuguese Erasmus + Agency, so expectations for the new project are high.
